Starting November 2025, a new service fee applies to Professional accounts: 2.5% per transaction for the first three months. The fee is capped at RM50 per transaction, with eligibility requiring at least RM3,000 in monthly chat earnings and 10 outbound chats or calls.
Note that your monthly fee will be offset by any spend on CarouBiz, Coins, seller tools, and quotas.
