Listing on Carousell is free!
Carousell is free to use. However, as the marketplace continues to grow, listing quotas were implemented to increase the number of high-quality, desirable listings and reduce the number of low-quality listings. This helps us to provide fairer visibility for our sellers and helps buyers find desired items easier, thereby increasing our sellers’ success.
General Classifieds Category
Each seller will have a different quota of free listings in each category every month. Which means you can now list more than ever before!
Property, Autos, Jobs and Services* Category
Listings in these categories have a separate quota from General Classified goods. Listings under these categories are subject to a fee once the free quotas have been used up.

General Classifieds
You will no longer have a limit on the total number of listings you can have in your profile. Instead, the number of monthly free quota depends on which category you’re listing your product under.
You can manage your active and inactive listings by going to ‘Manage quota‘ on your profile. If you’ve used up your category quota for the month, additional quota can be bought with custom quota bundles.

How to list beyond quota
Pay using Carousell Coins for each subsequent listing to be shown to buyers in the marketplace.
Quota management
Quota is permanently used up once you’ve successfully listed or when you use your quota to mark an inactive listing as active.
Deleting or marketing a listing as sold/reserved does not free up the used quota.
