Starting October 2025, a new service fee applies to Professional accounts: 1.99% per transaction (instead of 2.5%) for the first three months. The fee is capped at PHP2,250 per transaction, with eligibility requiring at least PHP30,000 in monthly chat earnings and 10 outbound chats or calls.
Note that your monthly fee will be offset by any spend on CarouBiz, Coins, seller tools, and quotas.
