Starting October 2025, a 1.99% Service Fee applies to each transaction for Professional accounts earning PHP30,000/month or more via transactions from chat, capped at PHP2,250 per transaction or at least 10 outbound chats and/or calls in a given month.
Note that your monthly fee will be offset by any spend on CarouBiz, Coins, seller tools, and quotas.
